 However, Eventhough I still love with jargon SHARING IS NOT STEALING, but yes we on the music industry especially the recording are hurt by piracy. We're still looking for a way out for a win win solution between ARTIST as the creative side, FANS as the consumer and of course BUSINESS as the commercial matters for the industry to keep growing. After many day & nights effort putting P2P network, website and also companies with illegal service behind bars, now we want to involve FANS to take care the industry. The Air Statement happened in UK. We're here in Indonesia with the different system can only have the same hope and the same spirit for keeping the music on. Oh and its sucks to bring FANS into the situation which they will afraid to sharing their favorite songs with others but together we have to do some things... Our meeting also voted overwhelmingly to support a three-strike sanction on those who persistently download illegal files, sanctions to consist of a warning letter, a stronger warning letter and a final sanction of the restriction of the infringer’s bandwidth to a level which would render file-sharing of media files impractical while leaving basic email and web access functional.
